For phones without Google Play, or when the Play Store is not available in your country. You install updates yourself by downloading the newest APK from this page.
Tap Download APK on your phone. Only download VPN Prox from this website or Google Play — copies from other sites may be modified.
When the download finishes, tap the notification, or open your Files / Downloads app and tap the VPN Prox file.
On Android 8 and newer you will see “For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source”. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back. On Android 7, turn on Settings → Security → Unknown sources.
Tap Install. If Google Play Protect asks you to scan the app, let it scan — then tap Install again.
Pick a location, tap Connect and allow the VPN request. You can turn “Allow from this source” back off afterwards.
Updating: download the newest APK from this page and install it over the old one. Your settings and premium key stay in place. If you later switch to the Google Play version, uninstall the APK first and paste your key again.
