Terms of service

Template — review before relying on it. This document is a starting template written for VPN Prox. Have it checked against the laws that apply to VPN Prox and your customers, then remove this notice.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and VPN Prox (“we”, “us”) for the VPN Prox app, servers and website (the “service”). By installing the app or buying a plan you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
VPN Prox creates an encrypted tunnel between your Android device and our servers. The free version gives access to free locations and shows ads. Premium plans add Premium locations, faster speeds and remove ads for the paid period. We may add, change or remove server locations and features over time.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, work on every network, or give access to any particular website or streaming service. Network operators and websites can block VPN traffic at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break any law that applies to you or to us;
- send spam, run attacks (including DDoS, port scanning or exploiting systems), or spread malware;
- share, distribute or access child sexual abuse material;
- infringe copyright or other rights, including by file sharing of material you have no right to share;
- resell, share publicly or automate access to the service, or interfere with other users or our servers.
We may limit, suspend or end access for any device or key that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk. You are responsible for checking that using a VPN is legal where you are.
4. Premium plans and keys
- Plans are bought in our billing portal at bill.vpnprox.com and are subject to its terms as well.
- After payment you receive a premium key. The key is for your own personal use; keep it private. Do not publish or sell it.
- Plans marked “auto renewable” renew at the end of each period until you cancel in the billing portal. If a renewal is not paid, Premium stops and the app returns to the free version.
- Prices can change; any change applies from your next renewal and will be shown before you pay.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Ads
The free version includes ads from Google AdMob. Our privacy policy explains what data this involves.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the VPN Prox name and logo, and this website belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for as long as you follow these terms. Open-source components are licensed under their own licences.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. A VPN improves privacy but cannot make you anonymous or protect you from everything (for example malware, phishing or websites you log in to). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any plan. We may end the service or a plan with reasonable notice; if we end a paid plan without cause we will refund the unused part.
