Template — review before relying on it. This document is a starting template written for VPN Prox. Have it checked against the laws that apply to VPN Prox and your customers, then remove this notice.
Try the free version first
The free version uses the same Stealth WireGuard protocol as Premium. Please check that VPN Prox connects on your network before you buy.
When we give refunds
- Service does not work for you: if Premium cannot connect on your network and our support team cannot fix it, you can ask for a refund within [7] days of your first payment for that plan.
- Charged in error: duplicate payments, or a renewal charged after you cancelled in the billing portal, are refunded in full.
- We end your plan without cause: we refund the unused part.
When we do not give refunds
- Requests made after the refund period above.
- Renewals you did not cancel before the renewal date (cancel any time in the billing portal to stop the next one).
- Plans suspended for breaking the terms of service.
- A website or streaming service blocking VPN connections — we cannot control this.
Partial refunds for the unused part of a plan are not given, except as stated above or where the law requires.
How to ask
- Log in to the billing portal and open a support ticket.
- Include the invoice number and a short explanation (for troubleshooting: your phone model, network/ISP and the locations you tried).
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. The premium key stops working when the refund is made.
Cancelling auto-renewal
In the billing portal go to My services, open your VPN Prox plan and request cancellation (“end of billing period”). Premium keeps working until the paid period ends.
Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected by this policy.
